95 percent of minor offence procedures of the police administration field are carried out in connection with the violation of road traffic regulations. Sanctions for such minor offences range from warning to fines or even to driving ban in flagrant cases.

The licensing of the use of narcotic drugs, precursors and psychotropic substances and the licensing and police controlling of the use of nuclear energy are special segments of the field.
