SCENE INVESTIGATION OF HABLEÁNY ENDED
No further bodies were found during the scene investigation.
The lifting of the Hableány capsized in the course of the Danube boat accident of 29 May 2019 was carried out in the morning of 11 June 2019. During the lifting, four bodies were found in the boat that were subsequently identified, the boat was transferred to the port of Csepel to undergo a scene investigation.
Detectives of the Budapest Police Headquarters, in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office and with the participation of experts, concluded the inspection of the boat and found no other bodies in it.
The participants of the search, with doubled staff, continuously look for the four missing South Korean passengers on the whole southern section of the Danube.
