A SCOPE II –,,Migránscsempészés elleni küzdelem Törökországgal együttműködve, Európában létrehozandó közös műveleti partnerség révén” című projektet a Készenléti Rendőrség Nemzeti Nyomozó Iroda valósítja meg az Európai Bizottság ISF (Belső Biztonsági Alap) által nyújtott európai uniós támogatással.

Projekt leírása:

Az Európai Unióba irányuló, Törökországból kiinduló, majd a Nyugat-balkáni útvonalon az EU-ba Magyarország határain érkező migrációs tömeg szervezett embercsempész hálózatok segítségével jut el a célországig, amely az esetek nagy többségében Németország. A projekt fő célja az EU felé vezető migrációs útvonalakon zajló embercsempészés  elleni küzdelem támogatása és megelőzése, valamint a régióban tapasztalható embercsempészés helyzetének értékelése, valamint új akciók indításának előkészítése a témában és a kapcsolódó műveleti tevékenységek  megvitatása, tervezése. A projektet az Európai Unió Belső Biztonsági Alap - Rendőrség programja keretében finanszírozzák.

Project description:

Migratory flows to the European Union, starting from Turkey and arriving on the Western Balkan route to the EU via the borders of Hungary are being transported by organised networks of smugglers, in the vast majority of cases to Germany. The main objective of the project is to support and prevent the fight against human smuggling on migration routes to the EU, to assess the situation of human smuggling in the region, to prepare the launch of new actions on the issue and to discuss and plan related operational activities. The project is funded under the European Union Internal Security Fund - Police programme.
