A temporary police station will be in operation in Mogyoród during the race
Pest County Police Headquarters provides the security for the 40th Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Pest County police security staff of more than a thousand officers is supported by officers from the Rapid Response and Special Police Services and Heves County Police Headquarters, but there is also close cooperation with fellow agencies, the staff of the Budapest Metropolitan Police Headquarters, and with Dutch, Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovakian, Austrian and Slovenian colleagues.
Mounted and K9 police officers, and officers on motorcycles also participate in the security effort, and we continuously monitor the traffic in the area and its changes from the air in order to react as quickly as possible. Uniformed police officers will be on the roads leading up to the track to help keep traffic flowing smoothly.
The security command center operates in the police camp next to the track, where our colleagues provide 24-hour service.
