The practice sessions yesterday attracted thousands to Mogyoród. Thanks to the increased police presence, no significant incidents occurred in the ring area or the surrounding campsites.

The police officers checked the identity of a  total of 52 people by this morning, made one report for a minor offence, issued on-the-spot fines to three people. They caught one person committing a crime, made one security measure, and detained one person on suspicion of drunk driving.

Both vehicular and pedestrian traffic are heavy in Mogyoród. The lanes on the M3 highway leading out of the capital are congested, but traffic is moving steadily.

Parking lots near the Hungaroring are continuously filling up, and the police are assisting in the smooth flow of traffic.
